SmileMaker.Pro provides AI-powered dental smile visualization. The Service analyzes uploaded photographs and generates cosmetic dentistry previews for educational and planning purposes only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

SmileMaker.Pro is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All visualizations are approximations for illustrative purposes only. Always consult a licensed dental professional before undergoing any dental procedures.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You may only upload photos of yourself or with explicit consent from the subject
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to reverse-engineer it

5. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased on a one-time basis and do not expire. All sales are final. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion for technical issues.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded photos. You grant SmileMaker.Pro a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing the Service. Generated visualizations are provided for your personal use.

7. Limitation of Liability

SmileMaker.Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
